The Space:

Welcome to Indigo Sunset on the Sound! This house is designed to keep you connected to the water from the moment you arrive. The home opens with bright sightlines that draw your eyes straight to the sound, creating an immediate sense of calm and openness. Large windows, cathedral ceilings, and a flowing layout allow natural light and water views to carry throughout the main living spaces.



The main level is the heart of the home, where the living area, kitchen, breakfast nook, and dining space all come together around sweeping sound views. Whether you are enjoying morning coffee, cooking meals, or gathering in the evenings, the water is always part of the experience. The primary king suite on this level offers a peaceful retreat with its own private bath featuring a soaking tub and separate shower.



The upper level offers three additional bedrooms, including a second ensuite, giving everyone in your group both comfort and privacy. These rooms are well-sized and thoughtfully arranged for families or multiple couples traveling together.



Outdoor living is just as inviting. Step onto the soundfront decks to take in wide-open water views, unwind in the private hot tub, or enjoy sunset dinners and stargazing from the patio. The setting is quiet, scenic, and perfect for slowing down and enjoying the Outer Banks.

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



**Community Pool opens late-May to September weather permitting**



**Hot tub will be available starting April 1st**



The Neighborhood:

The Currituck Club is a golf cart friendly community, check out OBX Beach Toy Rentals if interested. There are dedicated golf cart parking spaces near the beach entrance which you can drive to from the home.



There is also public beach parking spaces (Currituck County Southern Beach Public Access) which are on a first come, first served basis. Typically you will find a spot if you arrive before 8:30am.



Getting Around:

You'll be staying in the gated Currituck Club Community. The exact property address and home details will be sent to you with the check in instructions so you can easily plan your transportation!

Payment Schedule:

50% due at confirmation

50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-in



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
