Guest Access:

We include The service of our 4 full-time employees from 08:00 to 17:00 a housekeeper, butler, cook, and two cleaning ladies. A professional chef can be booked upon request. If guests require extra hours of service, they may negotiate the additional hourly rate with the personnel. All of our employees are vaccinated against COVID-19, and we ensure that proper cleaning protocols are strictly followed to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests.



Casa de Campo Resort and Villas charges a fee of 25 p/person and p/day to any guest staying in a private Villa. Guests will have access to the Resort's facilities: Campo de Campo de Golf, Restaurants, Bar, Spa, Gym, Store Center, Hotel Casa de Campo, Campo de Polo, Playa Minitas, Marina, Church, Museum...



The guest has private access to the entire Villa. There is no additional charge for accessing our villa, but if you want to use the resort facilities and sports, fees may apply depending on the activity you wish to perform.



As a registered guest of a villa or apartment in Casa de Campo, you have full access to the Casa de Campo resort, sports, and restaurants, similar to the owner of a villa or a hotel guest.



All guests renting private villas or apartments in Casa de Campo must be registered with the Villa Owners Club and, for a small daily rate, are granted full access to the resort areas and services. PLEASE NOTE THAT FAMILY MEMBERS OF VILLA OWNERS AND FRIENDS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO PAY, but must still register with the office upon arrival.



For guests renting, the resort fee is US $25 per person. This fee is charged by Casa de Campo upon arrival at the front door during check-in. It allows entry to Playa Minitas and the use of beach chairs and towels, and offers important discounts on activities throughout the resort.



Each guest will receive an ID with personal information and details of the stay that will provide access to the following amenities and amenities:

• Personalized concierge service from Villa Owners Club to coordinate transportation, restaurant reservations, sports and entertainment.

• Access to golf courses, including bookings at special rates

• Use of the gym at a special price exclusive to villa owners

• Use of towels and sunbeds in the pool located in the main hotel area, as well as in Playa Minitas

• Golf cart rental for transportation within the resort (subject to availability)

• Discounts, special offers, and promotions at restaurants, sports facilities, and other complex activities

• Access to health services at the Central Roman Medical Center.



The villa is located inside a private, gated resort. All villa guests must be registered with Casa de Campo Resort before arrival. No outside guests are allowed.



Other Things to Note:

The villa offers a complete luxury vacation experience in our tropical paradise with all areas available for guests to use at any time and with complete freedom for their full enjoyment. Guests can indulge in the swimming pool, jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor terrace, and pool table.

CASA De Campo Resort fees:

All guests renting private villas or apartments at Casa de Campo must register with the Villa Owners Club upon arrival.

Rates are per person, per day:

$30 adult (12 years of age and older)

$15 /child (Between 4-12 years old)

Free--children under 4 years of age



Booker must be over 26 years old to consider valid the reservation.
