Kate's place was amazing! It was clean, pristine and very spacious. Perfect amount of room for our family of 8. It was perfectly located with tons to do in the area. The couple questions we did have, Kate responded basically immediately and even accommodated a last minute late check out request. We'd love to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Although we experienced a glitch on our first night, it was a minor inconvenience and didn't take away from our overall experience. We had 3 couples and this property was very comfortable for all of us. We loved the screened in porch with the propane fireplace. It was a short ride into North Conway.

This was the perfect stay for an eight person bachelor party I had for my brother in law. Everyone had plenty of space, the two kitchens came in handy and everyone felt so comfortable.
