Spacious vacation apartment with pocket-spring mattresses and a balcony in Friesoythe

The holiday rental in the Friesoythe area, in the Schlingshöhe area, is approximately 100 square metres in size. This apartment is also suitable for people with limited mobility. The shower stalls feature low thresholds. The apartment is designed on one level with no steps. The rooms are easily accessible with a walker.

It is located on the upper floor of a multi-unit building and is approximately 1.5 km from city centre Friesoythe. Guests with mobility challenges are welcome to use the installed stairlift to access the apartment.
There is a lovely balcony that you are welcome to use for a glass of wine or a barbecue.

The apartment features a bedroom with two box-spring beds and a sleeper sofa (2.06 x 1.40 m) for up to 4 people. There are also two single box-spring beds in the second bedroom. There is plenty of closet and storage space available.

The sofa set in the living room also seats 2 people.
If you’d like to set up a home office for the day, feel free to use the desk and office chair. I’ll also provide you with a printer free of charge. Wi-Fi is, of course, available.

Other amenities include a built-in kitchen with a dishwasher and everything you’d expect to find in a kitchen. You’ll find the exact list of items below.
The living room offers plenty of cosy seating. The sofa set also provides a sleeping area for two people. A TV with a satellite receiver is, of course, available.

The living room and dining room are separated by a solid wall with an opening.
There are two bathrooms. Each bathroom has a shower and a sink. One bathroom has a toilet, while the second bathroom has an urinal. A washing machine is available and you are welcome to use it. One shower pan is nearly flush with the floor, making access easier.

The minimum stay is 2 nights
