Offering 2 separate units: top 2 floors and a newly built top of the line downstairs apartment. Price is per unit but can be negotiated for rental of the entire house.
Both units have a private entrance, large kitchens, tv with cable, photos included.

Located on quiet side road you will experience nature, peace and quiet but right off Rt 1, Hwy 95 ( 35 minutes to Providence and Boston, and Rt 495 ( 1 hour to Cape Cod )
