These include a kitchen that has basic fittings along with a fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave, a Ceran hob, a coffee machine and a kettle. The cosy living area invites you to linger here due to its fireplace. A sofa bed for two people, a satellite TV, a table and a small selection of books can be found here. From there, you also have a sea view. A parking area is available and renting a car is recommended. The approach road is a private street.

The house is distinguished, in particular, by the materials, such as natural stone and fine woods, that have been used. Wireless Internet (WLAN) is available and free of charge. On request, a baby’s cot can also be provided.

In a few minutes by car you can reach a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. A bus stop is also just 150 metres away, and from here, there are hourly services to other places in the municipality. The area is characterised by the quiet location. From here, you can set off hiking directly. It is barely five minutes by car from the beach promenade and the beautiful beaches. The town is famous for its Basilica with the sacred virgin of Candelaria.
