About this property

New House Quiet and Modern

Brand New house containing Master bedroom with private bathroom with a walk in closet and 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom upstairs. Full kitchen with dining and living room area, half bathroom. Easy and convenient access to Rt 75 and Rt 41 in between Cartersville, Rome and Calhoun. Grocery and gas station on walking distance.
Guest access
This is a brand new house we expect you to return it to us clean and tidy. Please throw the garbage out in the drum provided next to the garage. Please close all lights and fans. You do not need to clean the linens or the towels.
Wet towels need to be placed in the laundry bucket provided in each room.

Each door has a key as well as an electronic lock. The door codes are pasted inside the room next to the doors.
If keys are not returned we charge $150 for each key.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check-out time is 12 PM. If the house is available and you arrive in town early, you’re welcome to request an early check in, we’re happy to accommodate when possible so you can get settled and rest.
Please close all windows if you opened any.
Please make sure to check all your belongings before leaving the house, as the access code will no longer work after the check-out time.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please leave all outside shoes downstairs, as the upstairs is fully carpeted and we aim to keep it clean and well-sanitized for everyone.
Any linens found with blood or other bodily fluids that cannot be removed through standard cleaning will be charged for replacement.
Please leave all keys in the door knobs where found, a charge for a lost key is $35.

Very clean! Clean towels and washcloths on each bed. Host provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each bathroom. Loved the different color themes and names of each bedroom. Everything was clearly labeled in the house (“bathroom” “laundry” etc). Coffee and water bottles were provided in the kitchen, all the small attention to detail was very professional. Would recommend and would stay again if we’re ever in the area again! Thank you for our stay and a good night of sleep! (Very quiet neighborhood and mattress was comfortable! )
My son was very happy to climb in bed after a long day of road tripping and was quite comfortable!

The listing showed 2 queen beds in each room. Total of 6 beds. There was only one queen bed in each bedroom. The host blamed me for mix up. Was very rude in his replies even though I send the pictures of my booking. Will never trust this host againNo top sheet on bedsCoffe was nice
