Our guests stay in a tastefully furnished one-room apartment on the ground floor, featuring a kitchenette and a shower/toilet.
The apartment is a smoke-free accommodation equipped with a satellite dish, Internet connection, telephone, and radio, and offers direct access to the terrace and garden with a pond. It features a double bed and a sleeper sofa for a third person.
Additional kitchen appliances: electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster.
Sleeper sofa dimensions: 1.40 x 2.00 m.



Our house is located in a beautiful, quiet, southwestern residential area on the outskirts of town (yet still close to the town centre, about 1 km away), not far from vineyards and fields. Our guests stay in two tastefully furnished holiday apartments on the ground floor.
Bermatingen is an ideal starting point for excursions to attractions throughout the international Lake Constance region. The town has a train connection to the Bodenseegürtelbahn and various bus routes.

Please note that pets are allowed only after prior consultation with the host and only in the larger two-room apartment, and that our house is available exclusively to holiday guests.
We ask that payment be made in cash upon arrival.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
