Designed for comfort, connection, and memorable Island stays, this thoughtfully finished 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is ideal for families, golfers, and beach lovers alike.
From the moment you enter, you’ll appreciate the bright, open-concept design, with a convenient laundry area located right at the entrance—perfect after a beach day or round of golf. The main living space flows seamlessly between the living room, dining area, and chef’s kitchen, anchored by a cozy propane fireplace. The living room features plush seating and a Smart TV, while the fully equipped chef’s kitchen offers modern appliances and generous prep space, making meals and entertaining effortless.
The primary bedroom is a relaxing retreat with a king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. A comfortable queen bedroom and a fun, family-friendly bunk room share the second full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The bunk room includes two custom-built double-over-double bunk beds, along with a kids’ play table, toys, books, and a selection of indoor and outdoor games. For safety, we recommend top bunks be used by single occupants under 200 lbs (they may be shared with two children).
Just off the dining area, a bright front sunroom offers additional seating and a Smart TV, creating a cozy space to unwind while enjoying views of the surrounding landscape. Kids will love the sunroom’s single bed, accessed by a ladder and perfect for a fun overflow sleeping arrangement. Throughout the home, heat pumps in the living area and all bedrooms provide efficient heating and air conditioning during humid summer days (the sunroom does not have a heat pump).
Step outside from the living area into the backyard, where you’ll find outdoor furniture, a BBQ, a gravel firepit, and a brand new hot tub for 2026—perfect for relaxing after a beach day or a round of golf. Guests also have access to beach towels and beach toys, making days by the water easy and stress-free.
Traveling with little ones is a breeze, as the home includes a pack ’n play crib and a high chair for added convenience.
