Ótima localização, apartamento bem arejado e varanda muito agradável!
O apartamento é satisfatório, está bem localizado e cercado de comércios nos arredores. Contém ventiladores, porém é muito arejado, a varanda é um destaque por ser muito agradável com vista ampla.
Proprietário Silvio foi muito atencioso, sempre de prontidão para tirar dúvidas. Recomendo e repetiremos mais vezes!
