Waren zu einer Deutschen Meisterschaft als Sportler in Köln. Sehr schöne Wohnung helle Wohnung. Einkaufs Möglichkeiten in der NÀhe. Köln in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Super nett und unkompliziert

Die Ferienwohnung ist schön groß und liegt in einem ruhigen Einfamilienhaus-Wohngebiet. Der BĂ€cker ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, auch der Netto ist nicht weit und kann zu Fuß erreicht werden.Die beiden Vermieter Alex und Tom sind sehr nett und entspannt. Unsere SonderwĂŒnsche konnten ohne Diskussionen erfĂŒllt werden!Danke!

Tolle Unterkunft, City NĂ€he und super Vermieter

Unser Aufenthalt, war sehr gut. Wir hatten ein Treffen mit Freunden und die Wohnung bietet Platz locker fĂŒr 5 Personen. ;) Köln ist gut zu erreichen und wenn man zu Wohnung kommt, kann man den Trubel hinter sich lassen. ;) Vermieter sehr sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, Danke

Sehr schöne Wohnung, einfach klasse!

Wir waren zu dritt mit unserem Sohn fĂŒr ein paar Tage dort und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Die Gastgeber waren Ă€ußerst freundlich, und die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die schön eingerichtete KĂŒche, die alles bietet, was man benötigt. Das Sofa war bequem und das Doppelbett sehr angenehm zum Schlafen.

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© dans ce beau logement Ă  proximitĂ© de Cologne afin de visiter les marchĂ©s de NoĂ«l avec nos amis et leur bĂ©bĂ©. Les Ă©changes prĂ©cĂ©dant notre arrivĂ©e avec Alex et Tom ont Ă©tĂ© fluides et toujours avec un retour rapide. Le logement Ă©tait trĂšs propre avec une gentille attention pour chacun d’entre nous.le seul bĂ©mol est l’accessibilitĂ© limitĂ© Ă  la chambre de l’étage, mais nous Ă©tions au courant par les photos mises Ă  notre disposition. Le logement se trouve dans un quartier calme avec de nombreuses places de parking et Ă  proximitĂ© de la gare de Pulheim ce qui nous a grandement aidĂ© pendant notre sĂ©jour. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour votre sĂ©jour entre amis ou en famille si vous voulez visiter Cologne! Nous

der aufenthalt bei alex und tom war perfekt! von vor der anreise bis hin zum auschecken lief alles reibungslos, die kommunikation war 1a. die lage ist auch super - supermarkt und bĂ€cker sind in wenigen minuten zu fuß erreichbar, auch der bahnhof ist nicht weit entfernt. danke nochmal fĂŒr alles, bis hoffentlich bald!

Wir waren als Familie mit Freunden in der Ferienwohnung. Alex und Tom sind freundliche Gastgeber und geben sich große MĂŒhe, dass man sich wohl fĂŒhlt. In der KĂŒche könnte man noch eine Teekanne und Eierbecher ergĂ€nzen.

Rundum zufrieden!

Wir haben zu viert ein paar sorgenfreie und entspannte Tage in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit Tom vorab war super! Er war sehr freundlich, engagiert und entgegenkommend, als es um eine Änderung der Buchung ging und hat sich immer direkt zurĂŒckgemeldet. Die Check-in-ModalitĂ€ten sind einfach und wir haben uns direkt wohl gefĂŒhlt als wir angekommen sind. Alles war sauber und schön hergerichtet (danke fĂŒr die Schokolade 😋) und es ist alles vorhanden, was man fĂŒr eine schöne Auszeit brauchen kann, von der Kaffeemaschine ĂŒber Mikrowelle, Toaster und WeinglĂ€ser. Auch ein Hochstuhl fĂŒr unsere Tochter stand bereit. Die Lage ist ruhig, geschlafen haben alle sehr gut und wer Köln erkunden will, findet eine gute Bahnanbindung vor. Wir haben ĂŒberhaupt nichts vermisst und kommen sehr gerne mal wieder. Vielen Dank lieber Tom!

Alles war super

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt zu viert in der Wohnung in Pulheim. Alles war genauso wie angegeben. Die Wohnung war sauber und ruhig gelegen. Optimal also wenn man einen Tag im trubeligen Köln vebracht hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr einen Kölntrip

Die Wohnung liegt circa 2 km vom Bahnhof Pulheim entfernt. Mit der Bahn ist man in circa 15 Minuten am Kölner Dom. In Pulheim selbst sind alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie vorhanden.

Eher enttÀuschend

Die Wohnung war leider nicht so schön wie wir es anhand der Bilder und des Preises erwartet hatten. An einigen Stellen wirkte es eher notdĂŒrftig renoviert, insgesamt sehr schmucklos, kein Bild, keine Blume o.Ă€., nur eine Uhr an der Wand, die falsch ging. Der Treppenaufgang zum oberen Schlafbereich ist steil, schmal und etwas wackelig, nichts fĂŒr kleinere Kinder oder andere nicht absolut Trittsichere. Die Einrichtung wirkte teileise schon etwas mitgenommen, die Ausstattung eher minimal - sehr wenige Tassen und GlĂ€ser, im Ofen kein Licht, der Wasserdruck relativ niedrig... Trotz des freundlichen Empfangs durch die Gastgeber kamen somit einige Kleinigkeiten zusammen, die den WohlfĂŒhlfaktor fĂŒr uns persönlich etwas geschmĂ€lert haben.
