Das Haus ist in Einem trenovierungsbedürften Zustand. In der Küche gibt es nur eine Steckdose. Das Bad ist lediglich durch die Küche zu erreichen und in einem ggtausamen Zustand.

Das tut mir sehr leid, daß Du von deiner Buchung so enttäuscht warst. Hättest Du die Unterkunftsbeschreibung, und dazu gehörigen Bilder gesehen, hättest Du gewusst was Du buchst. Alle Bilder sowie die Beschreibung sind auf aktuellstem Stand. Hier handelt es sich um ein Fachwerkhaus aus dem Jahr 1870 welches liebevoll renoviert und von mir persönlich in Stand gehalten/gepflegt wird. Noch vor 4 Wochen erhielt Küche und Flur einen neuen Boden und Anstrich. Steckdosen gibt es in der Küche mehrere sowie ein Verlängerungskabel mit 3fach Steckdose.

Ein schmutziges Haus
Das Haus war schmutzig und es roch ständig nach Abwasser. Wir haben nur 3 alte Handtücher und 2 Toilettenpapierrollen bekommen. Die Teppiche waren seit Monaten nicht gesaugt worden.Im großen Schlafzimmer gibt es keinen dunklen Vorhang. In der Küche gab es kein einziges Set derselben Gläser. In den Schubladen befanden sich nur 2 Teelöffel, obwohl das Haus für 6 Gäste geeignet ist.Außerdem war es in den Küchenschubladen unordentlich...
Der Besitzer wohnt nebenan, es ist net, aber er muss sein Haus besser instand halten.Außerdem ist es weit von der Stadt entfernt, es gibt keinen Supermarkt in der Nähe, man muss in ein anderes Dorf gehen.

Hallo Malgorzata,
das tut mir sehr leid, dass ihr mit Eurem Aufenthalt nicht zufrieden wart.
Selbstverständlich wird das Haus nach jedem Aufenthalt gründlich gereinigt und gelüftet sowie mit frischer Bettwäsche und Handtücher (1 Badetuch pro Gast) versorgt. Auch werden jedes mal die Teppiche gesaugt sowie der Boden gewischt.
Es handelt sich hier um ein über 100 Jahre altes Fachwerkhaus welches liebevoll renoviert und ausgestattet wurde. Das Haus ist mit über 30 Bildern beschrieben die aktuell und auch dem tatsächlichen Zustand entsprechen.
Dein Hinweis mit dem nicht vollständigen Besteck...werde ich aufnehmen und entsprechend ändern..Danke dafür.
Ich möchte in jedem Fall nochmal bemerken, dass es überhaupt kein Problem ist einen Hund mitzubringen auch wie in Eurem Fall einen Listenhund wie den Pitbull. Allerdings geht es nicht, ihn die kompletten Tage heulend im Haus zu lassen während ihr unterwegs seid. Ich bin selber Tierfreund und Hunde und Katzenbesitzer.
Dass ich Euch auch nachdem zweiten Tag wiederholt darauf aufmerksam machen musste dass dies unakzeptabel ist, empfand ich als meine Pflicht dem Tier gegenüber.

Eine Nacht in Köln, Unterkunft leider schlecht.
Über 100 Jahre altes Haus, leider riecht man das auch.
Super netter Vermieter, aber die Sauberkeit war wirklich nicht gegeben.. Essensreste in der Spüle, Haare uns Schimmel in der Dusche, dreckiger Teller unterm Tisch, Fußböden unrein. Nicht nur der schlechte Geruch des alten Hauses, sondern auch der Abflussgeruch begleiteten unseren Aufenthalt. Schade, wir hatten für den Preis etwas mehr erwartet.
