If you're looking for new skirting boards or perfect silicone caulking and are seeking luxury, this isn't the place for you! :-) <br>I’m offering a simple and cosy 2.5-room granny flat near the Baltic Sea!<br><br><br> The ground-floor apartment is equipped as follows:<br><br>- shower, bathroom, toilet,<br>- three beds (double bed 1.40 m x 2.00 m, 2 single beds 0.90 m x 2.00 m),<br>- small empty room without a door opening onto the hallway; a cot can be added,<br>- kitchen (fully equipped) with dining area including 3 bar stools,<br>- electric kettle, coffee maker, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment,<br>- satellite TV,<br>- shared garden,<br>- fire pit.<br><br>A parking space for a car or spaces for 2 motorcycles are also available. <br><br>Elmenhorst Beach is very close by—about a 20-minute walk or about a 3-minute drive (parking available right on the beach). Warnemünde is about 8 km from the holiday spot. Elmenhorst offers bike rentals, supermarkets, a climbing park, a restaurant, and much more! The area around the town features very well-maintained roads as well as bike and hiking trails—ideal for hikers, cyclists, and motorcyclists! But beachgoers will also find plenty to enjoy: numerous beautiful beaches between Elmenhorst and Warnemünde, all the way to Kühlungsborn, line the coast.
