Welcome to your downtown Greer retreat! This property boasts a brand new 6 bedroom home + 3 bedroom guest house, sleeping a total of 28 people. Equipped with a pickleball court + basketball, barrel sauna, beautiful outdoor living space, and a massive kitchen- this home is great for families, retreats, gatherings, and more.

This property offers a primary home + guest home. The primary home has 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a kitchen with two fridges, washer and dryer, and spacious living room. The guest house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, dining table, and outdoor porch with grill.

Each bedroom is equipped with its own television, luxury bedding, and blackout curtains.



Between the homes we offer 5 King Beds, 1 Queen bed, 1 Queen Bunk Bed, 2 Twin bunk beds, 4 sleeper cots and 1 Full Bunk Bed to sleep a total of 24-28 guests.

There is a shared Pickleball court + basketball hoop between the homes.



PETS: We welcome up to 2 pets; they must be included on the reservation. We kindly ask that if you allow pets on furniture or linens, that you bring sheets to prevent the transfer of pet hair. Pets must remain on leash, under control, and any pet waste cleaned up.



Before check-in: Primary Renter must complete a quick verification process; sign a rental agreement, upload a photo ID, and authorize a temporary security hold on a credit card. You'll receive a link after booking. This must be completed prior to arrival.
