This beautiful one level 3000 sq ft open floor plan home comes equipped with a luxurious very private saltwater pool and spa, It has a professionally landscaped back yard with a gas fire pit. Just had a reno, new kitchen floors and paint and baseboards.
Features of this home include a master bedroom with a king bed, ensuite, walk in closet, flat screen tv and access to the pool deck and spa. Second guest suite has a queen bed and a flat screen tv. Third bedroom has two twin beds and the fourth has one queen bed. House sleeps 8 comfortably. Guest bath has full tub and shower. All linens and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with a convection oven gas stove, fridge with water and ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, pantry, Keurig coffee maker, nespresso machine, Cusinart toaster, blender and all cooking utensils are provided. There is a gas fireplace in the great room with a flat screen smart TV with Netflix.
Enjoy the BBQ in the back yard near the patio set and pergola.
This home has 2 air conditioning units , key less entry and a state of the art security system, free Wifi, satellite TV, and free North American long distance calling.
You are in walking distance to the Coachella and Stagecoach.
Close to PGA West, Polo Grounds, shopping, casinos and plenty of golfing.
Its a 30 min drive to the airport and 30 min to Cabazon Outlets. We often do day trips to Disneyland which is only 2 hours away.

The PERFECT house and LOCATION for Coachella and Stage Coach!!

The owners - Scott and Charlene were an absolute pleasure to work with! Outside of having a beautiful place in walking distance from Coachella, their level of communication and accommodations made us feel home away from home. I highly recommend booking this property anytime you are near Indio, California!!

We have been coming to Palm Springs for the past 25 years. You cant beat the weather always sunny. So central to so many places, only 2 hours to Disneyland, Sandiego and LA. 3 1/2 hours to Arizona and Las Vegas. Unlimited things to do....

Why they chose this property

Once we rented a home in Indio with a pool and hot tub we knew that's where we wanted to be. We also like that we are close to shopping, restaurants and golfing. We always find new places and never run out of things to do.

What makes this property unique

The private back yard and open floor plan is what made us fall in love with this house.
