Bien mais avec de gros défauts !

L'appartement est bien placĂ© prĂšs du casino au calme. On dĂ©plore l'absence de wifi, pourtant indiquĂ©, une cuisine pauvre en petit Ă©quipement (mĂȘme pas un casse noix pour les fruits de mer) et le lit qui s'effrondre ... que de mauvaises nuits ...

Appartement propre , bien situé 10mn à pied de la ville et de la plage , ameublement correct sauf la literie, sommier à lattes qui ne tiennent pas et le matelas est a changer également , lit à ras du sol dommage !!!

Alles recht gut, nur das Bett nicht

Es war alles vorhanden, aber auch nicht auch kein bisschen mehr.Waschmaschine etc.alles war gut. Das Wohnzimmer war gemĂŒtlich. Das große Bett eine Un- verschĂ€mtheit.Es ist zu flach und die rechte Seite kaputt. Die Matraze des Einzelbettes ist durchgelegen ! Wenn diese Schlafsituation nicht wĂ€re, wĂŒrde ich die Wohnung wieder mieten. Die Lage ist sehr gut.

Appartement trÚs spacieux, bien équipé, bien situé. Ce serait excellent si le lit était plus haut, plus confortable. Un petit nettoyage des rideaux roulants et deux parterres dans la salle de bain seraient utiles. Préciser qu'il y a un fer à repasser. Que l'agence ferme à 18.00 le lundi. Séjour excellent.

Pas pour un couple de retraites

Lit beaucoup trop bas difficultĂ© pour se relever et literie trĂšs moyenne manque de couette ou de couverture rien ne borde !! Et pas de wifi contrairement Ă  l’annonce (proposition d’un boĂźtier Ă  72 euros mais ça ne passe pas ou trĂšs mal ) nous sommes rentrĂ©s samedi matin Emplacement idĂ©al et cuisine trĂšs bien mais trop cher pour l’hiver.

Das Appartement ist wie beschrieben am Ortsrand gelegen. Ins Zentrum ist es jedoch nur ein kurzer, hĂŒbscher Spaziergang entlang der Promenade. Die Wohnung ist kĂŒrzlich renoviert worden und macht einen entsprechend modernen Eindruck. Es ist leider keine Ausstattung â€šĂŒber GebĂŒhr‘ vorhanden. Keine Reinigungsmittel, Handseife, Badezimmerteppich, Stuhlauflagen o.Ă€. Dennoch haben wir uns auf Anhieb rundum wohl gefĂŒhlt ! Ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt am Haus ( dem GrundstĂŒck zugehörig).

Location bien dans l'ensemble,mais un peu gĂąchĂ© par une literie mĂ©diocre car matelas beaucoup trop mou et couette pleine de tĂąches.MĂ©nage passable :toilette pas niquel,poils et cheveux dans la salle de bain,siphon de la douche qui Ă©vacue l eau difficilement.Il y avait du cafĂ© des anciens locataires dans la cafetiĂšre.Dommage pour les supplĂ©ments trop cher pour la wifi et les draps et serviettes,cela devrait ĂȘtre compris dans la location. RĂ©gion magnifique et heureusement beau temps ...

Appartement trĂšs agrĂ©able, possibilitĂ© de prendre tous les repas sur le balcon , exposition plein sud , il manque peut-ĂȘtre un parasol lorsque le soleil est Ă  son zĂ©nith !! La rĂ©sidence est trĂšs bien situĂ©e, la voiture peut rester sur place le parking est sĂ©curisĂ©.

nieuwe moderne inrichting, heerlijk rustige flat

Een mooie, net gerenoveerde flat. Zijdelings uitzicht op zee. Rustige straat. Goede parkeergelegenheid. Dichtbij het strand en goed ver afgelegen van de drukte van Quiberon (handig tijdens corona-maatregelen). Raar, laag (beschadigd) bed, de afwasmachine deed het niet (want de kraan was afgesloten). Vermijd in Quiberon de drukke plekken op de Boulevard, mensen (vooral Fransen) houden geen afstand. Rond het appartement is het heel rustig.
