Short stay in August

My husband and I spent three nights at this nice, quiet apartment, which is a 35-minute bicycle ride from Vienna city center. The apartment is big and clean. There is all you need (private parking, washing machine, good bikes). We recommend stayingg here.

We really enjoyed our stay in this quaint home. It was nice to be able to sit out in the garden amongst the flowers. Only surprise was we were not told anyone lived upstairs the property. Startled us when we heard someone unlock the front door.

„Grünoase“ passende Umschreibung

Die Umschreibung „Grünoase“ könnte passender nicht sein. Unweit von der nächsten U-Bahn, den nahegelegenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten ( Schloss Schönbrunn ist mit dem Fahrrad in 20 Minuten zu erreichen) liegt die Unterkunft in einem beschaulichen Wohnviertel, abseits von Lärm und Hektik. Ein echtes Refugium, wenn man von den verschiedenen Besichtigungen Wiens zurück kommt. Es ist absolut ruhig, das Auto parkt vor der Tür und zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad kann man nach Herzenslust Wien erkunden. Wir würden ganz klar wiederkommen. Vielen Dank

Oase am Rande von Wien

Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung, ein wunderschöner Garten: Ser nette Gastgeber:in. Zu fuss war man in 10-15 min an der nächsten UBAhn und konnte Stadt einwärts fahren. Die Prikosen aus dem eigenen Garten waren köstlich. Danke für den schönen Ort .Wir hatten eine wunderbare Auszeit!

Schöner Aufenthalt in Wien

Die Wohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage mit gutem Verkehrsanschluß (U-Bahn in 5 Minuten Entfernung). Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und wir konnten sogar im Garten frühstücken.

Wir haben uns bei Roland eine Woche lang sehr wohl gefühlt. Saubere, schöne Wohnung. In dem Bett haben wir sehr gut geschlafen, da es eine feste Matratze hat, so wie wir es lieben. Für uns hätte es etwas höher sein können... Wir hatten gutes Wlan aber es gibt keinen TV in der Wohnung weshalb wir ein kleines mitgebracht hatten ... Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir konnten Wien mit dem sehr guten ÖPNV von Herzen genießen und haben Wien als tolle Stadt mit freundlichen Menschen kennengelernt.

Sehr freundlicher, jederzeit hilfsbereiter Vermieter, supersaubere Unterkunft, sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet (neu renoviert), schöner Garten mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Für 2 Personen die ideale Unterkunft für einen Wienbesuch; Bushaltestelle 5 Minuten Fußweg, ca. 20 Min mit ÖPNV bis in die in der Innenstadt (Verbindungen bis in den späten Abend sehr gut).

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Unsere Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt und der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, es ist alles vorhanden. Man wohnt ziemlich im Grünen ist aber nur ca. 10 Minuten von der U-Bahn entfernt, die tagsüber alle 5 Minuten fährt.
