3 room apartment on the top floor for 4 persons. Entrance with hall stand, living room with living and dining area and access to the roof balcony. Closed kitchen with oven and dishwasher, raclette and fondue sets, Chicco d'oro coffee machine. One double bedroom with TV. One bedroom with two single beds and TV. Bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and sink. Parking space across the street. Shared laundry and ski room.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

The Villa Rozel is located above St. Moritz village with a magnificent view towards the lake, Maloja and Pontresina. St. Moritz village with many shops and restaurants is less than 10 minutes away. The Chantarella mountain railway is also within walking distance.

Sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich Aus der Wohnung hat man einen besonders schönen Ausblick auf St. Moritz. Die Wohnung ist klein aber es hat alles was man benötigt.

Altes Haus steil über dem Zentrum

Die Wohnung ist alt, hellhörig (der Boden quietscht) und sauber. Das eine Schlafzimmer hat zwei Feldbetten, das andere ist ein richtiges Schlafzimmer. Fernseher gibt es in den Schlafzimmern. Die Toilette ist im Badezimmer. Es gibt Badewanne und Dusche. Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer hat einen bequemen Sessel, sonst sind ausreichend Stühle und ein genug großer Tisch vorhanden. Bis zur Bergbahnstation sind es 250 m und 207 Treppenstufen hinunter, die Bushaltestelle am Schulhausplatz und das Zentrum von St. Moritz sind auch gleich da unten. Meine Beschwerde über mangelnde Ausstattung per Email wurde schnell erledigt. WLAN hat Schwankungen. Schlüsselübergabe hat einwandfrei funktioniert und die Wohnung konnten wir vorzeitig beziehen. Außerhalb der Wohnung gibt es einen unbeheizten kleinen Skiraum sowie Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner kostenlos. Der Mietpreis ist unter diesen Umständen sehr hoch.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, gemütlich eingerichtet. Was unserer Ansicht nach noch ein deutlicher Gewinn im schönen Wohnzimmer wäre: Ein Sofa! Die Sitzbank ist zwar schön, aber eignet sich nicht zum gemütlichen Erholen nach anstrengendem Skitag.
