The house is located on the east side of Chianti, among olive trees, in an isolated and very panoramic position and can also be rented for 06 people (our ref. IT5376.610.1). Beautiful country house "Tegliaia", 400 m a.s.l., detached. 5 km from the centre of Montevarchi, 45 km from the centre of Siena, 50 km from the centre of Firenze, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, in the countryside. Private: property, swimming pool fenced (5 x 10 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 27.May. - 15.Sep.). Outdoor shower, arbour (20 m2), terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, washing machine, heating to be paid on the spot, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 27.Mar.. Narrow motor access to the house (50 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Grocery 2 km, shopping centre 5 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 4.4 km, railway station "Montevarchi" 5 km. Super vacances à Tegliaia

Très chouette maison, fort bien équipée (jusqu'aux moustiquaires intégrés à la plupart des fenêtres), aux terrasses rénovées (toiles d'ombrage neuves n'apparaissant pas sur les photos lors de la réservation). Hôtes sympathiques et réactifs (lave-vaisselle en panne rapidement remplacé).
