We had a great stay at this location. We had great communication through booking, check in, and check out. I had easy access to Penn station which we loved as we spent most the time outside seeing the city. There are narrow stairs to climb up but we did not find this an issue for our family. Clean with everything we needed.

Kontaktaufnahme und Schlüsselübergabe lief problemlos. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung liegt genial. Kurze Wege zum Madison Square Garden, Time Square, Edge, Vessel, Empire State Building und Macy‘s. Es gibt einen Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen! Vielen Dank!

La entrada fue un poco caótica porqué nos dieron una dirección errónea y no encontrábamos la puerta del edificio...La escalera está muy sucia y poco cuidada de mucho tiempo.El apartamento está rehabilitado pero no parece que los trabajos los hayan hecho profesionales: las puertas no cierran, la cocina está muy vieja, había manchas de pintura en todos los sitios... en las fotos se ve mucho mejor de lo que es.Pagamos para 5 personas pero solo nos hicieron la cama para 4.Tiene de bueno que la ubicación es perfecta, y los aires acondicionados funcionaron todos los días que estuvimos, y la persona de contacto, ante cualquier duda te respondía al instante. Tambíen tiene de bueno que para ser un apartamento en NYC es bastante grande

Pretty bad experience,, ac not working pretty bad smell on stairs .vacated with in 3 hrs and had book another hotel for the stay. Tried to explain the situation to host its 105 degrees inside and no thermostat to prove. But everything went in to vein . Watch out when you guys are booking this place
