Welcome to the Cottage Guest House! We strive in offering an affordable accommodation for our traveling workers & vacationers, for a discounted rate! We want our place to be your home away from home. The Guest House is centrally located in Pekin, only a few blocks from Pekin Hospital, & less than 20 minutes from the Peoria Hospitals, Zoo, & Caterpillar. Close to the quaint Pekin Lagoon where you can find fishing, paddle boats, playgrounds, putt putt golf, skate park, trails, & water park.

The Cottage & Guest House are currently listed for sale. Since this is a unique property, showings are NOT very often but we cannot guarantee when a showing request will be received.

We do require a 24-hour notice, so in the event we receive a showing request, we will let you know the day prior.

Each home will be shown for no more than 15-20 minutes.

You/your group do NOT have to vacate the property. You/your group also do NOT have to be available to allow access. We do not want to interfere with any travel plans.

We also do not expect our guests to do anything special for any showings.

The agent & buyers are aware this property is an active VRBO and has frequent guests.

Perfectly small place for a getaway alone or as a couple. The bed and couch are comfortable. The TVs are really big, which was nice! The kitchen is well stocked, so I was able to cook. The shower is shorter than expected, so if you are tall, you may have to stoop down. Overall, I would stay here again. I had a great stay!
