Private access: You have the entire condo to yourself.

Club facilities: Access to any private club services (golf, spa, etc.) may require separate arrangements or membership and is not guaranteed unless confirmed. No guest access to tennis/pickleball courts (sorry! HOA's rules, not ours).

Note: Guests must leave a fully refundable security deposit at the reception in
the amount of $500 US Dollars - this is required in order to receive your wristband for the common areas.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Don't forget to check-out with reception to receive your $500 refundable deposit back!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There is a required, fully refundable $500 deposit for use of common area that is required in order to get your wristbands.
Pool Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Jacuzzi Hours: 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Gym Hours: 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. No pets allowed in these common areas.
Let us know if you'd like to bring your dog. Dogs are allowed but need to have prior approval.
