Come to Los Cabos and enjoy a stress-free vacation under the Baja Sun. This luxurious and spacious (1906 square feet), 2 bedroom, 2 bath, beachfront condo is situated in the Playa building of Las Mañanitas. Every room in the condo has stunning views of the Sea of Cortez. Our unit is fully furnished and designer appointed, offering you every luxury. FREE WIRELESS INTERNET and FREE NETFLIX and APPLE TV INCLUDED!!!

The beautiful master bedroom features a king sized bed with designer down comforter and bedding and private bathroom with double sinks, Jacuzzi tub, and separate shower. This room features large sliding glass doors with black-out curtains. There is a safe provided in the master bedroom to keep your valuables protected. There is also a small sitting area in the master bedroom where you can relax.

The second bedroom has 2 queen sized beds with designer down comforters and bedding and its own full bathroom with double sinks. Enjoy views of Palmilla Point from bed through large glass doors, complete with black-out curtains. There is also a full sized sofa-bed in the living-room if required.

The Living Room and Guest Room feature flat screen televisions with American Dish Network. The living room also features a Blu-Ray/DVD player featuring FREE NETFLIX. For your listening pleasure, there is a deluxe audio system in the living room and out on the private balcony where you can enjoy 4th floor panoramic views from Punta Gorda to Palmilla Point while sitting at our custom granite bar top.

We feature 2 dining areas to entertain and gather for family meals. Enjoy eating in the beautiful dining room at a copper topped table that can seat up to 6 or take your meals out to our balcony dining table for 6. For a special treat we can help you arrange to have a private chef come in and prepare a gourmet meal for you and your guests.

The living-room and dining areas are very spacious. The kitchen is fully-equipped and features all brand new STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES as well as a state of the art coffee maker and large blender for your margaritas! There is a laundry room inside the unit and we provide the detergent for you. The large patio, featuring a beautiful granite countertop, overlooks the pools and hot tub area, the beach, and the sea.

Everything is provided from dishes to beach towels. We have a set of GOLF CLUBS for your use at some of the finest golf clubs around! There is a SURF BOARD, a large supply of beach and pool toys, wet suits, snorkeling equipment, etc for your enjoyment. Our goal is to make your holiday a pleasant and relaxing experience!

** If you are traveling with small children or infants, we provide a folding crib, Moses basket and bouncer to make your load lighter!

This property has an awesome location and view. The pools were all very clean and enjoyable. The property is walkable to the hotel zone ! There was anything and everything you could possibly want to make your vacation experience a 10 out of 10 within the condo.

Great Location....

We used to vacation in Cabo, but now we like the slower pace of San Jose del Cabo. The condo is in a great location...walk to resturants and grocery store...all within 5 mins. Take an Uber to downtown San Jose del Cabo for $3 US. Love this place and we will be back again and agian.

Beautiful place. Very clean has everything you need and if you forgot to bring anything, there are two amazing stores just up the road. About a 5 minute walk. We tried a local bakery and some taco places as well as a brewery. We enjoyed walking around the old town San Jose and driving upto visit Tamarindos. Our favorite was Taqueria El Paisa.

The Condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our 8 night stay. The view from the 4th floor was fantastic. The grounds are beautifully maintained and we really enjoyed the pool and grilling area. We were traveling with adult family and we all agreed our favorite was the large patio. It was a great place to relax and read, have meals or just sit at the granite counter enjoying your beverage of choice while looking at the Sea of Cortez. We are hoping for a return visit:)

Beautiful condo

The property is beautiful- the view, the condo, the location - all just perfect. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds are comfortable. There are two grocery stores very close. Quiet location except for one night. There is a private club next door & there was a party that blasted music until 6 am one night. Other than that it is quite peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay.

We love Nina’s condo

Location is perfect if you enjoy the quiet of everything San Jose has to offer. Easy to find groceries.. we prefer Fresko and it has everything we need. Las Mananitas is easy to find. Just pop Hyatt Place into your Nav and you’re there. Toll from the airport is $2.60 USD so have change. Rent your car from Cactus. San Jose has the best restaurants, shopping and vibe. I think we’ve been to Nina’s like 5 times. Everything is great

If I could give it 10 stars, I would!

Wow! We had such an amazing stay. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by icy, cold AC and the smell of clean. The condo was well stocked. And the view! It could not have been more perfect. Nina did a fantastic job answering all my emails. I sincerely hope we can visit again. It was truly a slice of heaven. Thank you for an unforgettable trip!

Good Condo

Facilities are well cared for, lots of walking areas, and beachfront. 4th floor unit has good ocean views, elevator for those who need it. Unit was clean and well amended. There is traffic noise, but if you close the road side windows at night it makes it quite bearable to sleep - you can leave ocean side patio doors open, or close them to make it more quiet for those light sleepers. Counter on terrace is very useful, we found ourselves using all the time for gazing at the ocean, looking for whales.

Our flights etc went perfectly and my son’s comment was “everything is going too well - the place is going to suck”. Completely wrong. Best vacation rental we’ve stayed in. Sweeping views, huge deck, everything worked, immaculately clean, instructions were clear and complete. The kitchen had everything including an ice maker in the fridge. Insuite laundry was very convenient. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit for privacy. Complex has huge pools and never an issue getting chairs. Also large, well equipped gym. It’s about a ten minute walk to the closest groceries/restaurants but Ubers always arrived within 3 minutes for longer trips. The master shower is a little dated and only had a rain shower so it took some maneuvering when my partner didn’t want to get her hair wet but a minor inconvenience. Very well equipped with beach toys, chairs, even golf clubs and a kite. Photos truly don’t do it justice and great communication from the owner. Would definitely stay again.

Just Perfect

I am thrilled to share that this unit and Las Mananitas was everything that we hoped for. We have stayed at very nice condo units at various designations in Mexico with our family on spring break and this one ranked up high for us. The patio with it's comfortable furnishings and view were wonderful and peaceful. The grounds were immaculate and we enjoyed the option to go to any of the three pools or the beach. Our teens enjoyed that hot tub in the evenings as it cooled down just a little (perfect sleeping weather as we liked to keep our sliding door open and fall asleep to the sound of the waves). There were some beach vendors which we enjoyed but they were respectful and didn't intrude on you. We found the beds to be comfortable and the really appreciated that the wifi was always working and at a speedy pace (not usually the case for us at other places in Mexico). It was especially nice to have purified water at our disposal anytime rather than having to bring in heavy bottles from the Mega store every other day. I loved the location and it's proximity to things we utilized such as the Mega store, Cynthia's Fresh (our favorite restaurant there) and the gelato shop a couple doors down. In addition to our 5 stars, our teens also gave the condo and location high marks as well. They enjoyed the beautiful weather for tanning, zip lining, the fitness room, the great restaurants and shopping downtown in San Jose Del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. Working with Nina was a pleasure and we look forward to returning! Scott and Jill

Wonderful stay!

We had the best week at the condo! The view was amazing and the condo was in walking distance to the grocery and some great restaurants. We had the pool to ourselves most days. Would definitely stay again!
