Me and my family had a wonderful time at the cabin. The view was spectacular. The cabin was clean. The host was very helpful. all in all everything was just really nice and we look forward to coming again. Thank you Cody for everything!

The kitchen was not cleaned properly. Stepped on a small rusty nail coming down the steps. Also the hut tub was not working properly.

Bronco Super Celebration

We were in town for the annual Bronco Super Celebration in Townsend. This house was just a few minutes from town but gave us so much peace and quiet. The house was great for 2 couple and we would definitely recommend staying.

Beautiful Property

This place was perfect for my family vacation. Very close to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. A very peaceful place to stay.

NOT a premier host. Many items not working or missing or broken. Obviously not maintained (owner & maintenance man had claimed ‘no clue’ to the condition of the property!) We spent too much time on the phone each day reporting newly discovered issues instead of enjoying the mountains. It’s also right next to 3 other identical units so no privacy. Would definitely NOT recommend this place.
