Very nice cabin we really enjoyed our stay . The very 1st morning we were up . We watched a mother bear and her cubs for a while. Nice quiet and secluded as well. Close to Town we will book again
My mom, sister and I had a great time during our weekend stay at Trail’s End. The cabin was so comfortable and the location was great! We will definitely stay again when in the area.
Pros: beautiful, clean, roomy and secluded, lots of wildlife. Saw a bear the first day feet from the cabin. Cons: Primary bedroom mattress needs replaced, tended to be a little too warm for my taste in primary bedroom. Hot tub did not get very hot and would be better outside.
My husband and I, along with our pup had a very nice stay in this spacious cabin. It was equipped with everything we needed and was clean, and very comfortable. Cyndie is an excellent host and pays attention to detail. I would recommend any of her properties again and again!
Pleasant weekend stay, while attending the games! Wish the road in was a little wider and straighter, but overall, a nice location and sweet little cabin. Slainte
This place is wonderful! I am so happy to have such a positive experience. The short drive to Townsend and Cades Cove made it a perfect location. We will be back!
Best getaway ever! Glad we chose the "peaceful side"
We didn't know what was meant by "the peaceful side of the Smokies" until we got there. So glad we chose this property! Townsend is a quiet, quaint town that is an easy drive to the park, Cades Cove or any of the attractions in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge you want to check out. This propery was better than what was pictured! The jetted tub was a great way to relax after a day of hiking. Better than the hot tub. We could hear frogs chirping and watch fireflies blinking. We would definitely stay here again!
We were there with another couple to ride our motorcycles in the Great Smoky Mountains; great motorcycling roads. Trails End was perfect for us, very secluded, there was only one cabin past Trails End so the only traffic was them leaving and returning. We had 2 vehicles and 2 enclosed trailers and had plenty of parking space; a little challenging on turning around when we were getting ready to leave. We have a small dog so we need a place that was pet friendly so it worked out great. We did see a deer and her fawn a couple of times and one bear passing through. The cabin was very clean when we arrived and had every amenity we needed. Our host Cyndie was very quick to respond on any questions we had.
We had a wonderful stay this week. The house is very nice, comfortable and quiet. You will find everything you need in the kitchen to be able to cook a great meal. Our host thought of everything to make you feel at home when away from home.We lost power the first evening. I contacted Cyndie and she was at the house within 5 minutes and had the power company enroute. She also made sure we had been able to have dinner. The power company restored power and told us an electrician should come check the main breaker. I relayed their suggestions to her and an electrician was there the following morning. I say all this to explain that if you choose to stay here, you will have an exceptional host. We also got to see a mama bear and her twin cubs just outside the cabin one morning. We will definitely stay here again.
Make sure to get a gate code to the neighborhood. Other than the gates being closed the last night, and there only being 1 shower, we had a great stay. Would book again.
