This was a lovely place for a long weekend get away for our family of 3 with pups. The home was clean and comfortable and on a street with friendly neighbors. Short drive to the beach and to town and a quick 40 min drive to Portland.

I cannot say enough about this rental. The photos are exact representation of the property-no surprises there. What did surprise me was how thoughtfully everything was considered, right down to anticipating our needs. The transition from our home to this one was seamless. Whenever I realized I needed something, I'd open a cupboard, and it was there. David's place was beautifully decorated, with framed artwork, his historical photographs, and ocean themes throughout the place. Tugging at your heart for the beautiful location. I apricated the attention to detail. The home is situated in such a quiet and peaceful setting. Private helping you collect your thoughts of the day. The location is phenomenal. If you are aquatinted with Kennebunkport, you'll recognize all of the points of interest are close by, and if you are new to the area, happily enjoy all the adventures close by. I hope to return to this place. Thank you, David, it was a wonderful stay and a great family vacation.

Had a fantastic week in Maine and Salty Timbers was the perfect place for our family of five and a small dog. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from Kennebunkport, Goose Rocks Beach, Old Orchard Beach and our favorite, Fortune’s Rocks Beach, this house was the ideal location to get anywhere quickly and have a cozy rustic place to come home to. David was right there if we needed anything but the house was well equipped with many of the essentials that they took care of from the start to make our stay that much easier. Even day trips to Boothbay, Ogunquit and Portland were fairly easy given its location. We spent every night gathered around the TV to watch a World Cup game, play games at the kitchen table or just hang around with some ice cream or desserts from some of the local shops. Would highly recommend Salty Timbers to anyone looking for a home away from home while visiting the great state of Maine. Thank you David!

We just passed a wonderful stay in Kennebunkport. The house was very welcoming, confortable, charming and perfectly located near our favorite beaches.Nice neighbors. The owner is available if anything is needed. Highly recommend!
