​This beautiful, modern home, is decorated with calming neutral tones and comfort in mind. Set in approximately a 3/4 acre garden this villa is is located directly on the La Sagesse Beach with private gate access to the beach.

The property lends itself to those who want to slow down and relax.

The folding glass doors in the living room provide an indoor/outdoor living space for your group. Kitchen, living and dining area are open plan with comfortable chairs to relax and watch the large TV. This area is air conditioned.

Kitchen is stocked with integrated appliances including fridge/freezer & dishwasher. Microwave, Blender, drip coffee maker, toaster & kettle, crockery, cutlery and cook ware are provided.

​Tiled pool deck offers plenty of space to relax. Outdoor dining, lounge chairs, seating and gas BBQ provided. Outdoor shower to rinse off after chilling on the beach. The pool also has a separate jetted heated Jacuzzi pool.

​All bedrooms are air conditioned. The master bedroom offers ocean views, has a king size bed, large bathroom and walk in closet. The secondary master also has ocean views, en suite bathroom and king size bed. The third bedroom has a king size bed, garden views and en suite bathroom. Fourth bedroom offers a bunk bed option with a Twin upper, Full lower and Single trundle bed. This bedroom has garden views and en suite bathroom.

Separate powder room for visiting guests.

The laundry laundry room provides a washer, dryer, sink, iron and ironing board. Property is fully fenced and automatic gates.

While this property is a 35 min drive to Grand Anse, it lends itself to those who want to slow down and get away from the noise. La Sagesse Nature Center is just down the beach and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Sixth Sense is adjacent to the property and has restaurants that are open to the public.
