This is the best cost-benefit ratio within the Frade. They are detached houses, totally separated with 3 qts, 2 bathrooms, swimming pool and barbecue. I am a homeowner and offer the best price considering that in the condominium we have much bigger houses and with higher prices. Ideal for 7 people. Equipped with 3 tvs, cable tv, internet and household items. All 3 bedrooms with air conditioning. Right to use besides the private beach, the club, waterfall and natural pools, besides the Fasano Hotel Lounge.
Depending on the period and reservations, I have flexibility regarding check in and check out times.
In the best condominium of Angra, the lowest price.
Compare, by putting in this same site a filter with the word "Frade" and you will see the few offers in this one that is shot the best condominium of Angra dos Reis.
I rent the part boat with barbecue for islands of Itanhangá, Paquetá, Pingo d'Água and Dentist's Beach for a closed price already included fuel.

Estadia maravilhosa!! A casa comportou bem a todos nós. Localização boa, bem perto do clube e não muito longe da praia. Piscina da casa muito boa, as crianças amaram!!

Passamos 5 dias em fevereiro e aproveitamos muito o local.
Fomos em 3 casais e desfrutamos de tudo que o condomínio oferece.
O lugar é D + com uma praia calma , um clube super charmoso, cachoeira com piscina natural no caminho.
O Sr Roberto proprietário, é muito atencioso e sempre disponível e faz questão de passar todos os detalhes.Preço bacana comparado com os que são praticados no Frade. Recomendo e pretendo voltar.

Condomínio Lindo e Agradável
Passamos 5 dias muito agradáveis neste condomínio, realmente muito bonito e bem cuidado.
Fomos em um grupo de 6 pessoas.
A casa é pequena, mas bem preparada para receber e corresponde às fotos postadas no site.
Além da piscina exclusiva da casa, há um clube bem estruturado e piscinas naturais, tudo dentro do condomínio.
Enfim adoramos nossa estadia e qd voltarmos à Angra, pretendemos aluga-la novamente.

Lugar maravilhoso, um paraíso, adoramos!
Passamos o carnaval de 2014 nesta casa e foi perfeito do inicio ao fim! A casa é super aconchegante e funcional. Levamos dois gêmeos de 3 anos e eles amaram!!! Tudo descrito como o proprietário anunciou. Vamos voltar com certeza! E em breve! ALICE

Ótima oportunidade de se hospedar no melhor condomínio de Angra.
Para quem vai em 7 ou 8 pessoas, a casa é ideal, pois no Frade as casas maiores tem preços mais altos e essa casa nos permite gastar menos e usufruir igualmente de todos os benefícios .Tem uma praia calma, limpa e um clube maravilhoso.Difícil descrever como o lugar é tão bonito e agradável.Proprietário confiável e atencioso..Recomendo.
