Our house is the perfect home base for your trip to Louisville. Guests will find four comfortable bedrooms, including three full beds and one twin bed with an additional twin trundle bed that pulls out; it is ideal for families or groups of 5-8 as everyone can enjoy their own space. The primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom with laundry. The other first floor bathroom is off the kitchen and across the hall from other first floor bedroom. Upstairs, you will find two spacious bedrooms with a well-appointed, shared bathroom between them. There is a dining room, spacious kitchen and large area. Whether you’re in town for a meeting, an event or just seeing the sights, this residential home will provide you an excellent stay.
The house is in a relaxed, family-friendly neighborhood called Highgate Springs near entertainment (Top Golf, Oxmoor Mall, St. Matthew’s Mall and Churchill Downs), several restaurants and major hospitals. It is located off Taylorsville Rd and the Watterson Expressway(I-264) making it easy to get to I-65 and I-64. Additionally, it’s not far from public parks and popular streets like Bardstown Rd and Frankfort Ave. Paul’s Fruit Market and Deli is also just a short walk from the front door. Parking is allowed on street and in the driveway. Rear door to kitchen allows keyless entry.
In warmer months, there is a back patio where you can enjoy the garden as well as the birds and the bees (literally). Please be advised there are chickens (who will provide you eggs for breakfast) and bee hives in the backyard. The owner may be on property at times and using the basement apartment with its own separate entrance.
Each bedroom will have one closet available to guests. Closets, first floor office and basement are marked private. No parties allowed.
