Spacious holiday apartment with a separate entrance and a beautiful view, featuring 3 bedrooms and sleeping arrangements for up to 6 people. You reach the apartment via a charming courtyard, up an outdoor staircase, and through a private front door on the 1st floor.

There is a small coat rack in the entryway. Right next to it is the bathroom, which features a sink, toilet, and shower. The bathroom also includes a washer-dryer combo (washing machine and dryer in one).

On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a 1.80-meter-wide double bed, a nightstand, a chair, and a wardrobe.
The living area features a lovely open layout with a fully equipped kitchenette, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, and microwave. A dining table with four chairs is provided for dining and relaxing.
The living area also features two sofas, a television, and a stereo system.

A spiral staircase leads to the attic. There you’ll find two additional bedrooms, each with two single beds, a closet, and seating.

The apartment has central heating.

From outside, you have access to the garden, which features a seating area reserved exclusively for the residents of this apartment.

The house is located on the outskirts of Mechernich-Gehen, in a quiet area on a small street with very little traffic. In addition, there are various shopping options in the neighbouring town of Kommern, less than 1.5 km away.
