Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest`s responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➤ We offer extra housekeeping services for an additional fee. Please reach out to your host/co-host and we can relay prices then schedule a day and time to spruce up your home away from home. This allows you to continue enjoying your vacation without lifting a finger. There is nothing like having a good time and coming back to a clean space. We are more than happy to assist.

➤ The third guest can utilize the living room couch as a sleeping option. (Blow up mattress POSSIBLY available upon request for an extra fee if third guest fee is paid upon booking. Please inquire with the host as soon as possible so we can ensure it is available to you)j
1. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property. Please smoke on the balcony. ($250 fine for smoke odor removal)

2. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10 pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated. You may be asked to leave with no refund.

3. No large gatherings & parties.
