So cute and cozy! Perfect for a couples weekend:) So many special memories made and a perfect get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life! Thank you Jayden!
Every year we take a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary and so happens to fall on Memorial Day weekend. The property was perfect, watching and listening to the Loons on the lake, having a fire each night, being able to bring our fur girls with us was topping on the cake. The cabin is small, but intimate and perfect for two people. Jayden was so nice, responsive, and prompt with answering all our questions. We would love to stay again sometime!
What a gem! The Blue Bird Cottage is the kind of place that makes you slow down and settle in the moment. From the minute we walked in, it felt warm, welcoming, and wonderfully cozy. The kitchen was one of my favorite spaces it has this charming Midwestern French country feel that’s both rustic and inviting. And I have to mention the “Poop Deck” sign above the toilet. It caught me off guard and gave us a good laugh every time. It’s those little touches that make the cottage feel full of personality. The location is fantastic. Being so close to the brook meant we woke up to birdsong every morning, and the variety of birds was incredible. We spent hours watching wildlife, and the kayaking was outstanding. Peaceful water, beautiful scenery, and an easy launch made for a perfect day on the water.Even though we live only about 30 minutes away, staying here made us appreciate this area in a whole new way. It felt like a true getaway without traveling far.If you’re looking for a cozy Northwoods escape with thoughtful details, great kayaking, abundant wildlife, and plenty of charm, the Blue Bird Cottage is an easy five stars. We’d happily stay here again!
