Family friendly lakefront cottage

Come enjoy some time away at this cozy cottage located on a wooded lot on the southwest side of Crane Lake in Pickerel WI. Crane Lake is a spring fed 355 acre lake and is connected to Pickerel Lake which is an additional 1272 acre lake. Both lakes have good fishing, including panfish, northern pike, bass, and walleye. There is a small channel that connects the two lakes.
Snowmobile trails cross the lake and are easily accessible from the property.
This cottage is fully furnished and ready for you to relax. Included are two bedrooms, living room with new sectional couch and new reclining loveseat, kitchen, bathroom, washer and dryer, lake room (additional brand new pull out couch) with scenic view.

During the winter months the cottage easily sleeps six people(Upstairs is closed during winter months). During the summer months, take advantage of additional sleeping space upstairs which holds three twin beds.

While you are vacationing on Crane Lake you may enjoy activities such as swimming (swim raft included), boating (small fishing boat included, with oars no motor), paddle boating, campfires, grilling (gas as well as over a wood fire), snowmobiling, quiet walks on a dead end street and much, much more! There are two docks that extend into crane lake. 2 new kayaks are also included for exploring the lake.

-Cottage is approximately 20 miles northeast of Antigo and 15 miles south of Crandon
-Crane Lake has public boat access located on the north shore of lake, off Co. Rd. Q. or is accessible with a smaller fishing boat through the culvert on the northeast shore of Pickerel Lake
--The cozy cottage is just off of the ATV Trail. You can use Bartz Bay Road to get to Pickerel Lake road to connect to the off-road trails that start approximately 2.5 miles to the west.
- various family friendly restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive, a nearby casino for adult entertainment and a golf course!
-Friendly pets are welcome with the understanding that the owner must take full responsibility for keeping your pet on the property, clean up yard waste and vacuum inside the home as needed to control pet hair. If damages are found, the renter will be responsible for replacement value of the damaged item. Please take garbage with you. There is local dump about 5 miles away that is available for use. Further instructions are on fridge for dump hours and days they are open.
