We would like to warmly welcome you to our newly renovated house—your “holiday home.” Our non-smoking holiday apartments have been newly furnished and are comfortably equipped with all the amenities you need. Each apartment has its own spacious balcony from which you can enjoy the magnificent view of our mountains. On the ground floor, there is a barrier-free apartment. It features a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and toilet (accessible for people with disabilities), and an additional bathroom. Our guests have access to common areas including a recreation room with fitness equipment, a children’s playroom, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, and a bicycle and ski storage room. A large outdoor area with a lawn for sunbathing, a children’s playground, and a barbecue area invites you to linger and relax. In winter, it’s just a few steps to the “Westernberg Lifts” and the ski school. The entrance to the Ruhpolding cross-country ski trail is right nearby. Parking is available right at the house. Your benefit: We are a partner business of the Chiemgau Card. Upon arrival, you’ll receive the Chiemgau Card, which allows you to enjoy numerous free offers in and around Ruhpolding. Among other things, you’ll have access to mountain railways, ski lifts, and water parks, as well as various museums and guided hikes. You’ll also have access to free bike rentals and public transport, such as regional buses and the Bavarian Regiobahn between Ruhpolding and Traunstein. This way, you can experience the region to the fullest while being pleasantly surprised by many free offers. We offer a barrier-free, non-smoking holiday apartment that is directly accessible from its own parking space and entrance. This apartment consists of: a living room with a sofa set, cable TV, and internet access; a kitchenette with an oven and dishwasher; and a dining area. Two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with shower and toilet (accessible for people with disabilities), and an additional bathroom with shower and toilet. The private south-facing terrace ensures a peaceful stay.
