You’re looking for a retreat with a sun terrace and a touch of Bavarian coziness? Well then, Servus and hello – this is the perfect spot for you! Even digital nomads will find a peaceful and productive retreat here. The lake is just a few minutes away on foot, and the house is surrounded by paths that lead across lush pastures and rolling landscapes. Come and be our guest ;) A warm welcome to Haus Feuerbach!

Our smallest of three holiday apartments is located on the ground floor and is a cozy retreat brought to life after an extensive renovation. Our historic country house, named "Haus Feuerbach," was built in 1937 by our great-grandparents and has since welcomed guests from all over the world. We are excited to revive this tradition. Living the holiday life at Lake Tegernsee – what could be better?

We live in Munich but as a family have a small apartment in the attic of this house. We are regularly on-site – mostly on weekends – taking care of the garden and property. You might even meet us by the campfire or swimming at the lake. Rest assured, we respect your privacy and will leave you to enjoy your holiday in peace.

Haus Feuerbach is located in the small hamlet of Holz in the municipality of Bad Wiessee. Cow pastures, farms, forests, and mountains – time seems to stand still here ;) Many paths leading into the countryside begin right outside our door. Whether on foot, mountain bike, cross-country skis, or taking a dip in the lake, you'll find countless ways to relax and reconnect with nature.

Please note that there is a federal road between the house and the lake. While it is not visible, it can be heard when the windows are open.

The tourist tax is not included in the price and amounts to €3 per person/day. Children aged 6–15 pay €1.50/day (children under 6 are exempt). In return, you will receive a guest card with many discounts. 😊

Die FeWo ist super mit einem eimaligen Blick auf den Tegernsee. Das gesamte Haus ist in einem sehr guten, renovierten Zustand. Die neuwertige Küche bietet alles, was man braucht. Es gibt einen separaten Hauseingang, der innen zusätzlich mit einer „Windfangtür“ geschützt ist, sodass die wohlige Wärme in der Wohnung bleibt. Unsere Bikes haben wir unter den breiten Dachüberhang gestellt. Die Kommunikation mit Valerie und Paul war sehr freundlich und schnell. Insgesamt war der Urlaub einfach toll

Tegernsee war eine Reise wert,das Haus ist sehr schön renoviert, wir hatten einen schönen Ausblick auf den See. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich, haben gute Tips für Ausflüge gegeben. Kann mir vorstellen wieder zu kommen.

Eine Woche Tegernsee

Das Haus Feuerbach liegt außerhalb von Bad Wiessee. Mit dem Bus oder Fahrrad ist der Ort aber schnell und einfach erreichbar. Bushaltestelle knapp 100 m entfernt.Der Ausblick auf den Tegernsee ist traumhaft. Das EG Appartement verfügt über eine große Terrasse die in den Garten führt, der auch genutzt werden kann. Ausstattung ist neuwertig. Es sollte noch eine weitere Mülltonne bereitgestellt werden. 1 Tonne für 3 Ferienwohnungen ist zu wenig.

Am Ende hat sich alles gefügt und ich bin mega stolz, dass wir das Haus renoviert haben und es jetzt Wohlfühlort für Gäste aus aller Welt ist!

Das Haus Feuerbach liegt umgeben von Wäldern und Bauernwiesen im Herzen des Tegernseer Tals. Unser weitläufiger Garten mit Lagerfeuerstelle lädt zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein, während der Seezugang in unmittelbarer Nähe für alle Wasserratten ein wahres Paradies ist.
