Above Aschau, in the district of Distelberg 4.5 km from the centre of Stumm, 5.5 km from the centre of Aschau, 6 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 3 km from the lake, 6 km from the skiing area. For shared use: property 1'000 m2. In the house: WiFi, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Supermarket 5.5 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Kleinstummerberg Haarland" 1.7 km, railway station "Kaltenbach-Stumm Bahnhof" 5.4 km, outdoor swimming pool 4.5 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km, thermal baths "Erlebnistherme Fügen" 12 km, bathing lake "Aufenfeld" 3 km. Perfect Family Base

Great whole family base. The property was perfect and the owners were seemingly always available. There was for instance no washing machine and with three litte ones it was important, so the hosts did our washing for us. We will return

Heerlijk vakantiewoning

Woning met mooi uitzicht! De weg er naar toe was wel smal en hoog, met name met sneeuw, zeker een uitdaging! Bedden waren goed en alles was erg netjes en schoon! We misten wel wat basisdingen zoals een paar extra theedoeken, afwasborstel, prullebak in de keuken, tafeltje in de slaapkamers, extra skieschoendrogers (waren maar 4). Maar verder hadden we een prima verblijf

Auszeit im Zillertal

Schöne große großzügig geschnittene Wohnung mit atemberaubendem Ausblick ins Tal und umlaufenden Balkon, schön für Sonnenbäder. Zu sechst und mit Baby hatte jeder genügend Platz, alles ist modern eingerichtet (extra WC und Dusche top!), sehr sauber und wird gepflegt und erneuert. Wir waren schon zum 2.Mal da und in dieser Zeit wurden z.B. ältere Zimmertüren durch neue ersetzt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, wir haben uns wieder total wohl gefühlt!

Heerlijk huis, helaas geen tuin tot je beschikking en erg afgelegen. 5 tot 6 km naar een supermarkt voor broodjes of om uit eten te gaan

Ruime woning en een fantastisch uitzicht

De woning is ruim, gezellig en van alle gemakken voorzien! Moderne badkamer en toilet, een keuken met alles erop en eraan en ruime slaapkamers. Maar het beste aan de woning; het uitzicht! Wat is dit een droomplek om wakker te worden en naar de zonsondergang te kijken tussen de bergen. Het is de “enge” bergweg naar boven meer dan waard ;). Wij verbleven er een week met 5 volwassenen en 3 kinderen (3,5 en 7 jaar).

Perfekt für Familien ❣️

Wir waren mit 4 Kindern von 11 bis 18 Jahren für 1 Woche dort. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und die gesamte Wohnung war sehr gemütlich, sauber und lies keine Wünsche offen. Der Ausblick ist 5 Sterne Wert . Fast umlaufender Balkon und ein traumhafter Blick zu jeder Tageszeit. Wir kommen wieder und empfehlen das Haus Kröll unseren Bekannten !

Die Ferienwohnung liegt so schön über dem Zillertal. Klasse mit dem großen Balkon. Sehr sauber. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Man muss nur Klo und Duschzeiten einführen mit 8 Personen ;-)

So muss ein Unterkunft im Ski Urlaub sein! Weit oben am Berg mit toller Aussicht. Ein tolle, gemütliche und saubere Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Um es in den Worten der Zillertaler zu sagen: Es war bärig ;-)
