Apartment newly renovated ACond-WIFI-pool-sea view-150m to beaches- Saint Aygulf

Apartment just completely renovated, air conditioning, 2nd floor. Own numbered parking space in the complex. Private pool for the residents. Sea view, 150m to the beaches.

Please only non-smokers. No pets. We love animals very much but the next tenant may have problems with allergies.

Living / dining room: pull-out sofa 200x100 in the living room, dining table 1.20m with 4 chairs, large TV with wifi for Netflix, Amazon, and french programs.
1 bedroom with 2 new beds and mattresses 80x200 innerspring mattresses, can stand separately or be pushed together 160x200cm, large sliding door cupboard and luggage rack above the door.
Bathroom with large shower with sliding door, heating / towel dryer. Separate toilet.
Kitchen with washing machine, 2 induction hot plates, fridge, microwave with baking function, coffee machine.
Balcony with sea view and 4 chairs and table.
Private pool for residents approx. 4x15m.

Bed linen (initial supply) EUR 10 per person
Towels (initial supply) 6 euros per person
Electricite is charged according consumption (Air Condition)

The apartment is located in the residence La Panama in Saint Aygulf. 400m walking distance to the market place, restaurants, bakery, supermarkets etc. Pool 4x15m for shared use.
5 minutes walk to the beach (see photos). The large palm sand beach of Aygulf about 1km. Via the beautiful Corniche quickly to St Maxime, St Tropez. St Rapahel, Cannes / Nice are about 60km away.

Sehr schöne kleine Ferienwohnung für 2 Personen

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem Mehrgebäudekomplex, der umzäunt ist für alle Parteien (geschätzt ca 24 - 30) gibt es einen schönen Swimmingpool, leider ohne Liegen). In laufeitweite befinden sich Bäckereien, kleine Supermärkte und Restaurants. Auch kleine Strände sind in der Nähe. Die schöneren Sandstrände sind allerdings ca 1,5 -2 Kilometer entfernt. Diese sind aber mit dem Fahrrad leicht zu erreichen.

Klein aber fein

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in dieser Appartmentanlage. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, klein aber sehr komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht - sogar Fliegengitter am Schlafzimmerfenster. Schade, dass es am Pool keine Liegen gibt.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber/in. Übergabe der Schlüssel erfolgte wie vereinbart pünktlich. Das Apartment ist neu renoviert und alles ist sauber. Alles was benötigt wird ist vorhanden. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Wir können die Gastgeber/in und das Mietobjekt nur empfehlen.
