Shop, grocery 200 m, supermarket 350 m, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 60 m, railway station "Saint-Raphaël Valescure" 2 km, sandy beach "plage de fréjus" 400 m. Sports harbour 20 m, golf course (18 hole) 8 km. Nearby attractions: Cannes 40 km, Saint-Tropez 40 km, Nice 70 km, Gorges du Verdon 90 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Sainte-Croix 90 km. Hiking paths: Estérel 8 km. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Port Fréjus.

Apparemment très bien équipé
Très bien situé à 2 mn du port et 5 de la plage
Vraiment très bien équipé : sèche-cheveux fer à repasser beau mobilier de balcon grand étendoir four micro onde / grill
Climatisation au top et silencieuse très utile car impossible de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes / trop de bruit
Literie juste confortable / top en doublant les matelas
ÉNORME POINT NOIR : l’ascenseur !!!! Un bruit infernal car machinerie donne sur la chambre donc dès 7:00 impossible de dormir
La porte à la fermeture est un vrai couperet / s’arrête n’importe quel étage et pas toujours celui demandé / reste bloquée à mi-ouverture
Bref je reviendrai avec plaisir mais pitié !! Faites qq chose pour cet ascenseur !!!!! 😡😡😡

Nous avons apprécié : Vue excellente Belle terrasse très bon emplacement Sécurisation des accès Nous n'avons pas apprécié : Parking occupé par autre véhicule (arceau souhaitable) Télévision petite fonctionnant encore avec un boîtier TNT (1ère génération >pas BFM) WIFI en supplément

Very happy clients!
Ideally located property to access the port area, supermarket, restaurants & local beaches. Approximately 25 minutes walking brings you to the old town. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend this apartment & would very happily return.

La struttura è fresca, pulita e confortevole sia per spazi che per arredi con accessori disponibili, ha un balcone grande attrzzato,comodo per 4 persone il posto auto è utilissimo La spiaggia é raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi a un passo dai ristoranti e negozi
