Beautifully renovated and decorated 2 bdrm,2 bath villa with 1 car garage and private lanai nestled in a lush-wooded, park-like setting community with heated pool, hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, grills and pool table in Club House, all in the heart of Sarasota, just 10 minutes' drive from #1 Siesta Key Beach and minutes from Lido, Crescent, Venice beaches, downtown Sarasota and Venice.
Comfortably furnished and beautifully decorated. Spacious living room (has sleeper sofa) with TV and sliders to the lanai for outdoor dining, is open to the dining room and features vaulted ceiling and plenty of light. Master bedroom with access to the lanai offers TV, king size bed, walk in closet and ensuite bathroom. Guest bedroom with 2 twin size beds has a bathroom in the hallway. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer inside, closet pantry, and breakfast nook with table with 2 chairs. Feels like a house!
