This is a beautiful place to stay. It is super clean and very well stocked with everything you might need. The amenities they offer, like the gym and pool, are amazing. The neighbors are very friendly. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Jacksonville, this is the perfect spot, really close to restaurants and grocery stores.

Everything was as expected, overall a very good place to stay, conveniently located near the beach and the Mayo Clinic. The gym was a great bonus and exceeded my expectations, definitely a strong reason to choose this apartment.

Excellent location! Perfect location of the unit next to the gym and pool! Close to the beach. Unit was to the full description. Comfy beds and host was quick to respond. Definitely recommend!

I will most definitely be returning. I was presented with a welcome basket for the first time ever which made me feel special but the place was comfortable and clean as in the pictures. A plus was it was right by everything.

Location was great for travel to Brooks Rehabilitation Center. The Bark Park is a great place to sit and have a cup of coffee in the morning. There are a couple benches, looking over the fountains. Saw a couple of deer in the morning. Outside the fences perimeter.The place was stocked as advertised. Noise from other tenants was minimal or non existent. Nicole was a great communicator. Only drawback is the couch is super low. A person with disabilities may need assistance to sit and stand. But the chairs in the kitchen are tall and work well for sitting.
