This spacious 3-room apartment on the ground floor—easily accessible by lift—offers 74 square metres of comfortable living and dining space with a southwest-facing balcony, a dining table, a TV, and a stereo system. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare your holiday meals, featuring a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, as well as cookware and cutlery. Two separate bedrooms—one with a double bed and a closet, and one with two single beds and a chest of drawers—ensure restful nights. The functional bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, sink, hair dryer, and toilet. For families, a cot (please bring your own bedding) and a high chair are available. You can park your car in the underground garage (gate height 2.00 m—not suitable for SUVs). Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed. Wi-Fi is not available.
