About this property

Charming finca - 800m to Artà with views of San Salvador, pool, air conditioning

Natural stone finca in well-kept condition with approx. 140m ² living space very close to the location with a fantastic panoramic view of the Sanctuary of Santuari de Sant Salvador. The city of Artà is easily reachable on foot in 10 minutes.
The finca consists of a main house with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a separate extension with a bedroom and private bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
In the main house there is a spacious living / dining room with German satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen.
Numerous terraces on the house offer both sun and shade. Two seating groups invite you to breakfast and dinner outdoors.
A pool (9m x 5m) with an outdoor shower and six loungers rounds off the relaxation offer.
The beaches of Canyamel, Cala Mesquida, Cala Agulla or Cala Torta can be reached in just over 15 minutes by car.
This also applies to the golf courses: Pula, Capdepera and Canyamel. The golf course in the Costa de los Pinos takes about 5 minutes longer.

Great stay

The house was very clean and pool is kept in shape twice a week. We really enjoyed our stay, the peacefulness of the property was remarkable. You’ll need a car to get around, the town is around 15 min walk away with plenty of restaurants.

Great finca nearby to Arta.

The finca is in a great location and we enjoyed walking into town several times! Everything about the house was as described and Jan was very responsive with any issues we had. I would absolutely recommend this property to my friends or family, and would happily stay here again!

Beautiful house and area

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Finca. It is in a peaceful and pretty area just outside the town of Arta. We found it to be even better than the description. The house is very nicely furnished and comfortable, with lots of thoughtful additions. We loved our relaxing stay and would love to return one day. Thank you!

Beautiful property in a great location

Finca Nacoberta is situated within walking distance of Artà town centre. It's a beautiful property, well maintained and full of interesting details, inside an out. It was perfect for our small family; the immaculate pool kept our 2 boys entertained for the whole two weeks. Local beaches are between 10 and 30 mins away and the finca has good access to supermarkets, shops, restaurants and other services. We are already planning to return next year.

Wonderful Oasis

This is a beautiful property, five minutes drive outside Artà., and close to a number of lovely beaches. Surrounded by a well-maintained garden and blessed with a pristine pool, this is the perfect family holiday home. The owner, Jan, and the manager, Markus, could not be more helpful and willing to make guests feel as comfortable as possible. This is our second time at Na Coberta. I sincerely hope to return before too long.

Best of both worlds

Lovely villa in natural surroundings, listening to the birds singing, watching the kites flying nearby and the gentle sound of the sheep in the field below, yet an easy walk in to our favourite town of Arta and an easy drive to some wonderful Majorcan beaches. The Villa had great views of the large church on the hilltop and specataculat at night when floodlit. The Villa is well maintained both inside and outside and has very good facilities and equipment, a particular pleasure was having very good kitchen knives to prepare meals as we enjoyed eating al fresco most evenings, making the most of our surroundings. it was very warm so we really appreciated the air conditioning in our bedrooms. As brits we would have liked some more English channels on the TV but this would not put us off returning which we hope to do again in the future. Loved it!

Einfach schön! Finca & Ausstattung, Garten & Pool, Lage & Blick...Diese Finca ist genau richtig für Menschen, die entspannt, ungestört und in Ruhe ihren Urlaub genießen wollen - wenn man vom entfernten Klingeln der Schafsglocken einmal absieht. . Toll ist aber eben auch die Möglichkeit, in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß in das hübsche Städtchen Arta zu gehen... und abends nach etwas Wein in einem der vielen guten Restaurants ohne Auto wieder zurück!Das Haus ist komplett und vollständig und ausgestattet, sehr sauber und gepflegt, geschmackvoll und gemütlich und eignet sich mit einem der Schlafzimmer incl. Bad im separaten Gebäude z.B. perfekt für 2 befreundete Paare.Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Finca ist großzügig geschnitten und liegt auf einem großen Grundstück. Dennoch liegt sie sehr zentral in der Nähe von Arta. Es ist kein Problem dort zu Fuß hinzulaufen.Absolut positiv ist die tolle Terrasse mit sehr großem Pool. Die Küche ist optimal ausgestattet für eine Woche Aufenthalt.Was wir nicht so gut fanden:- In der Finca waren viele Kellerasseln, die wahrscheinlich aufgrund des regnerischen Wetters aus allen Löchern gekrochen sind. Bereits bei unserer Ankunft haben wir lebende und tote Asseln in Küche, Wohnzimmer und Badezimmer gefunden.- Der Müll muss selbst zur Mülldeponie gebracht werden. Eine Abholung durch die Müllabfuhr erfolgt nicht. Das war uns im Vorfeld gar nicht so recht bewusst und ist etwas lästig, weil man 10-15 Minuten zur Deponie mit dem Auto fährt.- Der Pool war leider nicht beheizt. Also gerade im Herbst braucht es einige Überwindung in das kalte Wasser zu gehen.

Zu Ihren Anmerkungen: Die Kellerasseln treten tatsächlich nach anhaltend feuchtem Wetter vereinzelt auf – sie sind auf dem Land leider kaum vermeidbar, aber selbstverständlich achten wir stets auf gründliche Reinigung und Kontrolle. Was die Müllentsorgung betrifft: Da es auf dem Land keine regelmäßige Abholung gibt, informieren wir unsere Gäste bereits vor der Anreise über den Begrüssungsleitfaden und noch einmal vor Ort im A-Z-Guide über die Entsorgungsregelung. Wir nehmen Ihren Hinweis aber gerne zum Anlass, den Hinweis künftig noch sichtbarer zu gestalten. Beheizte Pools sind auf Mallorca eher unüblich, insbesondere in dieser Fincagröße – wir verstehen jedoch, dass das Wasser im Herbst recht frisch sein kann. Wir danken Ihnen sehr für Ihr Feedback und würden uns freuen, Sie wieder einmal als Gäste begrüßen zu dürfen.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt!Das Haus war genau wie Beschrieben und sehr sauber. In der Küche gab es alles was man zum kochen so braucht,Geschirrspültabs, Klarspüler usw. waren auch vorhanden .Wir hatten zwischendurch Probleme mit der Klimaanlage in einem Raum , die aber sofort behoben wurden.Man merkt das das Haus und der Garten sehr sorgfältig gepflegt werden.2 mal die Woche kommt ein Gärtner, der sich um die Außenanlagen und den Pool kümmert.( Der sich über einen Kaffee sehr freut )Àrta ist ein sehr hübscher Ort den man in einem kurzen Fußmarsch sehr schnell erreicht. Hier gibt es auch genügend Möglichkeiten einzukaufen,obwohl wir den Tipp vom Vermieter in Cala Rajada einzukaufen super fanden.Wir haben für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht!Wir haben für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht

Sehr erholsam!

Wir haben 2 Wochen auf der Finca verbracht und das Gesamtpaket bietet einfach die perfekten Voraussetzungen für einen erholsamen Urlaub: Die Finca liegt außerhalb von Artá, auf einem nicht einsehbaren Grundstück - dennoch erreicht man Artá mit seinen tollen Restaurants, Geschäften und dem Wochenmarkt innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Man benötigt definitiv einen Mietwagen, vor allem für die Einkäufe, um die Strände in der Nähe zu besuchen etc. Die Finca sieht aus wie auf den Bildern, das Grundstück ist in echt sogar noch schöner. Die neue Küche ist super ausgestattet und auch so fehlt es dort an nichts. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war super - reaktionsschnell bei Nachfragen und sogar proaktive Nachfrage, ob wir irgendetwas brauchen. Sehr empfehlenswert für alle, die einen erholsamen Urlaub in ruhiger Umgebung verbringen wollen!

Wir sind jetzt schon zum vierten Mal in dieser tollen Finca gewesen und haben direkt für 2025 gebucht. Tolle Lage, tolles Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die es gibt. Eine absolute Traum-Finca

Unser Aufenthalt auf Na Coberta war absolut fantastisch! Alles hat gestimmt! An nichts hat es gefehlt! Das Haus ist top gepflegt und super gelegen. Für 4 Personen genau die richtige Größe, das Grundstück riesengroß, der Pool super erfrischend! Wir hatten einen Traumurlaub und würden diesen direkt morgen wiederholen!

Tolle Finca in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir waren in Juni auf der Finca und waren total begeistert. Alles war so wie wir es uns erhofft hatten. Tolle, ruhige Lage und wunderbare Unterkunft. Gastgeber immer für Fragen offen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Finca und ihre Lage sind wunderschön. Die Ausstattung ist prima; überwiegend Ikea, aber alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Bettwäsche und flauschige Handtücher dufteten frisch und einladend. Küchenausstattung geht über das Übliche weit hinaus - es gab gar vier verschiedene Kaffeemaschinen. Auch Mülltüten, Folie, Spülmaschinentaps etc. - alles war vorhanden. Kommunikation mit Herrn Petersen als Eigentümer war freundlich, vertrauensvoll und unkompliziert. Kommunikation mit Verwalter vor Ort war ok. Beschreibung und Bilder stimmen vollkommen. Man sollte nur alles aufmerksam lesen, um Überraschungen zu vermeiden: Pool-Handtücher, Duschzeug/Shampoo werden nicht gestellt und der getrennte Müll ist selbst zur Mülldeponie zu bringen. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und können die Finca wirklich gern und rundum empfehlen.

Herzlichen Dank für die tolle Bewertung. Schön, dass es Ihnen so gut auf unserer Finca gefallen hat. Wir legen besonders Wert auf eine gute Ausstattung, damit sich unsere Gäste von Anfang wie zu Hause fühlen. 
Leider gibt es in den ländlichen Regionen auf Mallorca keine Müllabfuhr. Daher hat jede Gemeinde einen Wertstoffhof, um seinen Müll an 7 Tagen die Woche zu entsorgen. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn Sie Ihren nächsten Aufenthalt wieder bei uns buchen.
