Schöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Ruhig und auch ohne Auto gut erreichbar, nahe am Strand aber etwas abseits von den vollen Abschnitten der Promenade. Helle Wohnung mit wunderbarer Dachterrasse. Gut ausgestattet. Ca. 1,2 km zum Einkaufen. Vermietungsfirma hilfsbereit und freundlich - allerdings muss man den Schlüssel im Zentrum von Heringsdorf abholen.

Ganz nett aber

Eigentlich eine hübsche Dachgeschosswohnung aber nur für 2 Personen geeignet, da das Wohnzimmer absolut nicht zum schlafen taugt. Die Dachterrasse braucht dringend einen Anstrich und dort lagen noch Kippen vom Vormieter.
