SchoolHouse Pent-House

Welcome back to school! This rustic remodel of 1925 schoolhouse has two full apartments, rented together as one large space. Located on Elkhart's original road track just off the Ice age trail. Great for family reunions, special occasions, golf outings, team building or racing teams! Upper garage deck with Hot tub running year round. Keep your eyes out for cool cars still driving the track! There are country views through out the 2,000 sq ft space.

Sophisticated rustic decor. Picture windows in the main living area, and kitchen. Vintage record player from 1968, bring your own albums or listen to some of ours. Late night fun in the game loft, foosball, xbox, game table. Lots of sunlight in the kitchen, usually wildlife running across the county side. Jump in the hot tub after a race or event on rooftop deck. 

There is a driveway with enough space for 6 to 9 cars. There is also garage space if needed. Let us know if overflow parking is needed, we have a plan.

We are in the rural side of Elkhart Lake. The village of Elkhart is literally 3 minutes by car. Enjoy great night life with multiple delicious restaurants. Have an early morning paddle on the lake.
