Great Stay For Race Weekend
Condo was just as pictured, clean and comfortable. Walkable to many of the local fun restaurants. Friendly community. Three minute drive to Road America.
5 Stars – Perfect Stay in Elkhart Lake!We had a fantastic stay at this property in Elkhart Lake. The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to great local restaurants and only minutes from Road America, which made getting to the track super convenient. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was responsive and easy to work with. We definitely plan to stay here again next time we’re in town!
We stayed for Summer Vintage weekend and it was a great time. This place served our needs for this weekend perfectly. It was a great spot to watch the Friday night race car parade from. It’s close enough to walk down to Siebken’s for the concours in Saturday. We’ve booked for the next year already.
My friends and I stayed at this location and it was perfect since it is about 5 mins to the track. There were 3 of us which was perfect, anymore would have been too tight! 2 decent sized bedrooms and a couch w a pullout bed. Great location to dinner and local restaurants .

R/A VSCDA Vintage Fall Festival
We stayed over the fall vintage racing weekend. Condo was neat and clean, nicely appointed. Great kitchen. Location was perfect - walking distance to The Paddock Club and Siebkins, and a short drive to the track.
Lovely clean condo perfect for a couple friends to stay. Great kitchen and baths. So convenient to The Paddock Club and Siebkens for a bite, and a quick jaunt to the track.
Spent the weekend renting 2 units, upper and lower for 40th birthday with girlfriends. Both were lovely and well appointed. Bed linens and towels were good quality. Kitchens and baths were nicely done. Great living and hanging out space. Appreciated the outdoor patio and easy garage parking and parking lot. Location is a perfect spot for all the best of walkable Elkhart Lake.
This property is located within walking distance of the Lake Street Cafe. A place we frequent often so we loved the location.
The units are ultra-modern with very little closet space. But the kitchen was well equipped.
Please be considerate to the next-door neighbor. They live there full time and are very quiet.
The townhome itself is beautiful and is located perfectly for anything in Elkhart Lake. The design of the unit is well done and does offer many things one might need during a trip.
However, some amenities are missing or need improvement. There is no storage in one bathroom and the other only has a small vanity cabinet. At a minimum, shelves over the toilet need to be added. Even our husbands had practically no room for their minimal amount of toiletries. We had to keep our toiletries and make-up in our luggage. In the bedroom, there is no furniture except for the bed and two very tiny bedside shelves. There are no closets. So there was again no place to put anything. Adding a console or chest would really help.
Jessica, the contact person, is very poor at responding to texts or emails. According to the instructions I received, they stated at least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival date, please reach out to the Guest Contact to obtain the code to the keyless entry. She never responded to my email or text request. We finally received an email on the afternoon of the day before departure. At that point, I inquired as to whether the codes were changed with every guest and curiously the next day our entry code was changed from what was provided in the email. Makes me wonder if the codes are not changed each time and were only changed this time due to my inquiry. Lastly, I sent an email during our stay with a quick question about wifi and she never responded.
The fourth night of our stay we had a clogged toilet and there was no plunger. The unlocked electrical room and unlocked storage room also had no plunger. In a larger town, this would not be a problem as you could go to the store and buy one. But nothing in Elkhart Lake and nearby Plymouth is open…no Walmart, Target, CVS, Walgreens, or grocery store. So we had to go back out the next morning and find one. Since Jessica had never responded to my earlier email, I didn’t even bother trying to contact her.
This townhome is stunning - people stop as they drive by to look at it - but the poor communication and missing storage make what should easily be a 5+ property a 4.

Vantage unit at Aston Flats
The location and size of the flat was perfect for our group of 6 women. The space and decor of the condo gave us ample sleeping spaces and showers, and we were within walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. Some things that were frustrating was going through 3 different services to try to get answers to questions, VRBO, Evolve management company, then another person a week before check-in, not sure if that was the owner or another "manager". We did not get the door code until 1 day before we checked in, which with people traveling and arriving at different times was not ideal. The other major complaint was the lack of toilet paper in the condo; there was about a half a roll in each bathroom with no extra rolls any where in the condo. For 6 women staying the weekend, that didn't cut it. For the money we spent to rent this condo, I would expect that it should have been well stocked. I emailed the manager and never heard back on the TP situation. If it's a bring your own roll type of place, they should let you know. Other things that should be noted, there are no paper products in the unit like paper towels, napkins etc. So stock up and bring it with you.
Other than those issues, we really enjoyed the condo and location and was perfect for our group.
Very hip spot in the village. It's an amazing place to stay. I'm not sure that it was worth the price but we had everything that we needed and the location was fantastic. It was very inconvenient to always have to use the back door. Would love to see a lockbox on the front door. We walked everywhere and found ourselves having to walk through grass to get to the back door. It was interesting but I did run into several people from town who are not big fans of the owner however the unit was fabulous.
