The price includes the cleaning, towels, sheets and Wi-Fi.

The check-in time is from 16:30 to 19:30 and the check-out time is from 9:30 to 11:00.

An extra fee from 60€ to 70€ will be charged if the check-in or the check-out takes place out of hours. Please, note that this fee will also be charged on Sunday and bank holidays.

If arrival is later than 22:00 or if departure is before 07:00, a supplement of 100,00 € will be charged.

A one-time fee of 35€ will be charged for each pet for cleaning (please check availability). Pets up to 10 kg. Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed.

Electricity consumption is included in the price (20KW/day). If there is extra energy consumption, it will be paid at 0,45€/KW.

A credit card deposit of € 600,00 is payable on arrival and will be returned one week later by credit card or bank transfer.

Fantastic Villa that exceeded expectations

We had a wonderful stay here and as good as the photos are they really don’t do the property justice. The location is a short drive from the main strip of Calpe. The views from the terrace are amazing. The pool is lovely and the villa feels spacious and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa with our 2 grandsons, who spent most of the time in the fabulous pool. The views from it were spectacular, it was very clean inside and had everything we needed for a lovely holiday. I would say you need a car though for shopping etc

Unser 2-wöchiger Urlaub war wunderbar! Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise war alles super organisiert. Vielen Dank an Walter und Richard! Das Haus ist, wie auf den Bildern, schön eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Ausblick - phänomenal. Kann man nur empfehlen!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage

Gepflegte Außenanlagen mit Parkmöglichkeiten für mindestens 2 Autos. Das Haus war perfekt ausgestattet und die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Bei einem Aufenthalt von 14 Tagen wäre eine im Preis enthaltene Zwischenreinigung wünschenswert.
