The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out is at 10:00 am, The cleaners will be at the unit at 10:00 am to get it ready for the next guest. Please leave the parking and access passes in the unit when you leave.
Please place dirty towels in the bath tubs. Please have all the dishes and utensils cleaned and put away.
Please take out the garbage and make sure there is no trash left in the unit, including removal of all perishable items. A Garbage chute is located by the elevator in the 19th floor hallway.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
