Der Check In lief problemlos über eine Schlüsselbox, was für eine späte Anreise super ist. Wir haben netterweise auch noch ein 2. Schlüsselpaar erhalten, Frank war bei Fragen immer direkt zur Hilfe, was super war.Wir haben zudem die Waschmaschine im Keller sowie den Fahrradständer im überdachten Eingang genutzt.Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle und Ofen sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Hier fehlt es eigentlich an nichts.

Wir sind als Familie für paar Tage in den Schwarzwald gekommen und haben eine Wohnung gesucht. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt, auch wenn die Möbel in die Jahre gekommen sind, sind diese noch sehr gut erhalten. Wohnung hat alles was man braucht Gern wieder

Super Ferienwohnung, leider waren die Parkplätze vor dem Haus häufig belegt und wir mussten in der Umgebung parken. Wir wären generell bereit etwas mehr zu zahlen, wenn wir einen Parkplatz vor dem Haus hätten.

Auf einem Kurz-Trip in Schwenningen haben wir als "Weltenbummler" das Apartment genutzt, das uns sehr gefallen hat. Beschreibung etc. passen, insbesondere die Nähe zur Innenstadt, die fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen ist, hat uns gefallen.

Parksituation schlecht man könnte wenigstens für jedes Appartement einen Stellplatz reservieren mussten weiter weg parken da kein Parkplatz zur Verfügung stand

Hallo Heike, sorry wegen der Parkplätze. Ich hätte schon längst Parkplätze reserviert, wenn die Stadt dies machen würde. Aber dies geht leider nicht.
