This home sits on a 1 acre lot surrounded by trees and privacy. The property is fenced in allowing your children and pets to run and play. The property sits a far distance from the road and other distant from neighboring homes adding to your privacyand is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. You have exclusive access to the large yard behind the house and the large screened in pool. Perfect for small gatherings and events. The home has 6 bedrooms total, 3 of which have king size beds.
The home is 2 minutes from I95 and a straight shot to Orlando and only 7 minutes from the best beaches in the area. 30 minutes from Port Canaveral!
There are 4 bedrooms upstairs and two large bedrooms downstairs on the opposite end of the house. This house is completely sound proof in the event you need to put the little ones to bed early. We have all new mattresses on ALL beds and keep them consistently protected with quality covers.
We strive for quality control, we clean the property on our own because we believe there is nobody who will care about our guests and cleanliness as much as we do. This is also how we are able to keep our cleaning fee to a minimum and our rates competitive.

I am originally from upstate NY. I came to Florida in my 20's to attend UCF and I never went back home. I am a Private Investigator and travel all over Florida to work cases. I enjoy traveling and don't like staying in one spot for long.
What makes this property unique
I fell in love with the uniqueness of this home. This home was built in the late 60's but according to the inspector, it is built better than most new homes. This home barely got touched during our last 3 hurricanes. We have had guests stay at our home during evacuation and feel comfortable and safe. The foliage on this property gives it privacy and a country feel even though the home is located close to everything you need.
