Fehler der Plattform - Fewo-Direkt

Ich konnte die Unterkunft nicht beziehen. Ab 16 Uhr wurde mir die Anreise als möglich angezeigt - ohne Beschränkung bis wann ich da sein muss. Um kurz nach 1 nachts bin ich aus Rostock in Bayern angekommen. Leider war niemand mehr vor Ort und in der Mail mit dem Betreff „Hier sind die Schlüssel für Ihre Reise“ waren keine Schlüssel. Ich habe mir also in der Nacht eine andere Unterkunft suchen müssen -bockt gar nicht nach so einer Fahrt.. Mit dem Vermeiter der Unterkunft konnte ich nur über das Portal kommunizieren, ich hatte keine Telefonnummer. Tagsüber war ich auf einer Hochzeit, weshalb ich über das Portal erst am Sonntag eine Antwort erhalten habe. Die Unterkunft sah von außen schön und sauber aus, auch die Umgebung ist traumhaft. Was mich von meinem Glück dort getrennt hat war leider die mangelhafte Beschreibung bzw. Kommunikation über Fewo-Direkt.

Rundum eine sehr zu empfehlende Ferienwohnung mit netten und hilfsbereiten Gastgebern in ruhiger und entspannter Gegend.
